Troubleshooting: No Video
Assuming you've already refreshed the page, and restarted your browser.The next steps to perform are:
New → If you don't get video in Internet Explorer got to Tools menu and uncheck "Compatibility View"
1) Make sure Javascript is not disabled → Javascript Config
2) Make sure you have the latest version of Flash → FLASH VERSION CHECK
3) Clear cache and cookies → CLEARING CACHE AND COOKIES
4) Try different browsers, ie Firefox, Explorer, Chrome...
5) Disable Adblockers
6) Disable Flash Hardware Acceleration → DISABLE HW ACCELERATION
