I have enjoyed watching Phoebe for now the second year.It's been very educational for me and helpful in attracting own own hummingbirds!!! Over and above my utter facination with this site....my soon to be 90 year old Mom has always ADORED hummingbirds...especially now Phoebe. She watches hours on end. It is very stimulating for her and indeed provides the highlight of her day. The mods are the BEST! Thank you for providing such a joy filled experience for all of us especially my lovely Mom who's name is coincidently....PHOEBE!

This was a first time thing for me. I love hummingbirds, but have never had the opportunity to witness this fabulous event! I did not see the hatching, but was there the last two weeks and actually witnessed live, the fledging of both Sandy and Faith! I was so very excited! I certainly hope to be involved again and again! Thanks so much to everyone that made this hummingbird experience available! This is my first time to watch hummers, LIVE ! Mother Nature is amazing! I have been watching the eagle's nests during the last 3 years & that has been very rewarding. Very interesting to observe the difference in the roles that the male parent plays between the male eagle & the male hummingbird. The eagle Mom & Dad BOTH participate in the whole process of nesting, hunting,& feeding of the chicks. Whereas, you never see the male parent of the hummingbird chicks during the whole process. His job is to mainly guard the food supply, from what I have read. It is so amazing to watch the whole thing LIVE. Thanks for all the videos, also. Nice to watch them, for those times we can't always stayed glued to the nest cam. I sure am going to miss this little family & can't wait to see Phoebe produce her next one! Thanks a million!!!! :o

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to you and your family for providing this Phoebe Cam. What a great view, and it has been a joy to watch these little hummers - my 2nd year. This is just about the best nestcam ever. Great quality image, close-up and personal view of a wonderful hummer and her amazing life and efforts to raise a family...well many generations of babies...in a simple back yard.

I love this site and check in often.

Just saw this season's chick fledge. What a thrill! I miss those kids, already.

Second set of babies I have had the priveledge of watching thanks to this awesome website. Missed both Flash and Opal's fledge last year but caught Sandy's this morning. It brought tears to my eyes seeing a baby Hummer from egg to first flight! And, Phoebe, well the world would be such a great place if all mother's were as responsible and nuturing as she is.

I have been watching this amazing site now for over three weeks and I am so hooked. We have ruby throated hummers in Wisconsin and I love my hummers. But I have never watched them build a nest or lay eggs. I have never seen a hummer hatch and fledge. This site is so amazing and I will continually watch these beautiful creatures. Sorry but I don't know what a url address is. Elderly and just learning. Am , or rather was a birder. I found this by accident just after the eggs hatched. This has been great for some one who can't get around anymore.I even learned how to do screen shots with this family. Will there be a camera for thenext one, I hope? Anyway, a big thank you.

Have been watching eagles in Florida, heard of the hums in Cali, and now I am absolutely glued to my monitor for days and days, watching Phoebe feed her babies, and waiting with baited breath for the big day when they leave the nest (Sandy and Faith). Great, great people at this site, and hugely informative about hummingbirds. I have such respect for the Punghs making this adventure available to so many people from all over the world.
